Suicidal thoughts are one of those things that tend to come and go. It doesn't take anything special to start a thought and they creep in when you aren't looking.

Remember that those thoughts are only temporary. Bouncing back and forth is hard to deal with, and i think that makes those thoughts even scarier. The feeling of being out of control is something that most people find unnerving.
There are plenty of people here who will listen to you. Sometimes just talking about your thoughts helps.

If you have been diagnosed with bipolar, perhaps your family Dr. could perscribe something to help stabalize you after he makes a call to the Dr. who diagnosed you. If you can't get to a psychiatrist because of insurance reasons, a GP is better than nothing.

Even though you come to the forum, and we will all listen and respond the best we can, it would be nice if there was someone who could stay with you while you are feeling this way. You know when your thoughts are getting serious, and if that is the case, its not safe for you to be alone. Please stay in contact with us.
