I did it for the first time in over a year and a half. Now all I can think of is that... I want to talk about it, but I don't want to be talked out of doing it again... I know I should talk to my t about it, but I don't trust him yet... it was just one slip. Maybe that will be the end of it, and it will only be one slip.

It can be hard to cope with things at times. Expecially when you are affraid and alone. When I get depressed I still want to Self harm. I know the comfort it brings, but I also know there are other ways. It's been 8 years for me. Im here if you need someone to talk to that understands it. Don't beat yourself up over it. I'm sure if you had a better way to cope you would have. I hope things get better for you.

Same here, it happened again... Feeling a bit poo about it... I agree with you, it's difficult to talk about these things with other people no matter how intimate you can be with them... Lots of hugs to you, and I hope so that in these moments you will manage to be kind to yourself-that's my goal for today...

You don't want to talk to your therapist about it? It's okay. You won't need to tell him if you've decided not to do it again. Why we harm ourself is, when we began to take too much blames. People commit mistakes themselves but don't let others to forget theirs. Don't let others to devalue you. You are a great person and you are going to show others how much you values yourself. Never harm yourself again
