I haven't done it in a really long time. I miss that feeling. I just want to rip that skin open, see the blood, and feel that relief. I don't want to do it though. If I start I might not stop. I don't really want to go deep. I need to do something to help me along. I have so much %#@&#! going on. I don't know what to do but cut..........

I know its hard fighting the urge, but you can do it. If you want to talk, feel free to PM. Try to take care of yourself, okay? *hugs*

hey there I WANT TO!. I totally understand the urge, but the 1 thing that has stopped the latest cycle of SI for me is looking at all my scars, and also the shame of getting dressed while no2 is in the room and she is staring at all of them. While neither of the kids have ever asked me about them (ok, it's a bit early for no2 to be able to!!) I'm sure they will one day and I am in no way prepared for that. Take care of yourself, and stay strong ok I WANT TO!

You shouldn't be ashamed. I mean that is how you learned to deal with your problems. That is what helped at the time for you. That is not something you should be ashamed of.
