For the past week and a half I've been cutting 1-3x a day. The same spots keeping everything open, deeper and deeper. I have the weekend to let it heal so they don't look so bad, or deep when T sees it. Any suggestions?

Odds are, if you've been repeatedly cutting the same spot, it's going to take more than the weekend to heal. Use an antibiotic cream on it,, other than that, I'm not sure (never have figured that one out for myself)

Good luck!

I know it won't be healed but I want them look much less "serious".

Try butterfly stitches as well as the anti biotic cream.
