If/when I cut, I know where I do it. It's not on my arms or legs. Then, why in the world do I have cuts on my arms and legs? It doesn't make sense to me. It makes me nervous. It's not bad, but once the cut goes away, another one ultimately takes its place.

I'm scared she may ask to look...and I don't want her to see...and I don't know what she'll really say.

Yes, you mean dissasociate (bad spelling, I know)...

But, there is no way, I wouldn't realize doing that!! That's crazy.
Thanks for this!

This has happened to me before. I always cut in the same exact spot every time. So when I would zone out then come back, I would have random cuts in places I never cut. I thought it was my other personality doing it. But I still don't know for sure.
I'm sure that isn't the case for you though. Could they just be cuts from doing something? Like accidentally hitting something sharp and not noticing a cut.

I'm not sure. But it's just a guess.

This happened to me once. I remember the incident perfectly...the whole thing except when I woke up I has longer and more cuts than I remember making. And it was kind of freaky because I would have sworn that I didnt o it... except that Im pretty sure no one came in and cut me while I was sleeping without me noticing. It has only happened that once though. Good luck

I've done it before, but mostly while dissociating... it's kinda scary. Maybe you could consider bringing it up to your T as suggested? Does she know about your cutting? If she reacts ok to that, she will likely react ok to the new spots too, and just talk about it... at least that was what mine did.
Good luck.

You can tell her no when she asks to see it.
