but I can not control myself.

I dont know what to do. Cant Stop
Any advice or suggestions????

Megan, if it is that bad and you can't keep yourself safe, you need to go to someone who can help you stay safe. I know that you are dealing with some very difficult things. You need to cope somehow, and maybe you haven't learned another way yet. This sounds like it is at a dangerous level though, and I am concerned. It is beyond the level of support that we are able to give you at this website. Please get someone IRL to sit with you, or call your T, or go to the ER if you need to. I care, and don't want to see you destroy yourself.
