I keep getting the urge to burn myself to feel better. Its so hard to fight it off

I am a burner too but I have not had the urge in a couple of weeks thanks to T#2 and EMDR.

I think i'm just going to give in and burn myself. I feel so sad and I think that's the only thing that will make me feel better.

You don't have to give in to your fears. Why should you do that? Firstly think that'll be consequences. Try to find solutions, don't make things worse for yourself. I don't know a really good advice, but try to get busy so your mind won't analyse so much. I've never been in this situation, but I always listen to music. It is therapeutic. Take care.
