It is sooo hard not to cut! I have a 6 week old son now and im trying hard to keep a handle on my depression and deal with the emotional problems in a different way but cutting is so much easier. I need it! Things have gotten really bad the past 2 days. I'm overwhelmed and cant handle it. Ive done good so far but im about to break. **Just needed to vent**

((((((((((Ans)))))))))
I know about needing to vent - and I've got a very good idea about what it feels like to need to SI but please try hard not to. Is there anyone IRL (in real life) that you can talk to or who can support you right now? I can imagine that dealing with a young child must be very overwhelming. **hugs** Please take (try to) care and feel free to PM me if you ever want to vent or talk.

you don't need it
you think you do because you feel down and tired i am a mum of 3 yes i did it and yes my children see my scars it is scary to want to do it,and i understand your urge but you have a beautiful baby now and you need to focus on him/her but remember when you feel down and ready to cut ask a friend who u can trust to have baby and go window shopping and choose something that will cheer you up so the next time you go shopping reward yourself with that item and remember why you bought it (for not cutting yourself when you felt the need) i wish you well keep smiling
