I have written this in both the Schizophrenia page and in here. I have hallucinations such as hearing voices and seeing blood on the walls. I have lots of mood swings between sad and raging - rarely happy. I cut my upper thighs without understanding it at that moment. This scares me most. I am afraid to talk to my parents. Please help, am I crazy? Do I need help from a psychiatrist? Anything else?

Please ask your parents to take you to a therapist and tell the therapist everything. Or as to go for a general check up with a regular doctor and tell them everything. Write a note and hand it to them. There could be a physical reason or a mental health reason but the sooner you get help the easier it is to treat and the better outcome you'll have. You don't want this to get worse so please get help this week.
