the urges were loud today. my head was loud today. it seems to have cancelled itself out, because now it's blissfully quiet. the urges are still there, but it's like listening to them through closed doors... does anyone else get that way?

Hello MdngtRain, how are you doing? It would be nice to have it cancel itself out more often. Are you seeing a doctor? They could probably give you some meds to get rid of the urges. You should see a doc right away if your not already.

Sincerely,

Piraeus

Hi. Thanks. Aside of the fact that I don't have benefits or money for a doctor, I don't do well on meds in general. I'm working on finding other ways to deal. The canceling it is nice sometimes tho.
