I wish I could end our realtionship.
Your my best friend you know all my serects.
You keep me from hurting.
We have been togeather since I was 14.
We have had a few breakups here and there.
But I always come back to you.
I know deep down your bad for me your not really helping me at all.
I don't know how to make it through the hard times without you .
You help keep me strong. You help me get through the night when
I'm scared and feel so alone.
I wake up from a bad dream I feel disgusting and I'm scared and I don't know what to do.
You make it all better. You make all the bad stuff go away.
You help me go back to sleep.
In the morning if I feel ****** or exhausted from the night before. You never fail me you are there. If I'm nervous or anxious about something, again you are there.
If I get on the verge of fobidden tears, it never fails you are there to spare me those tears to make all those feelings go away.
Thanks for this!
notz, RedSun

Thank you for sharing the idea of writing a letter to self harm. I think it will help the people who do it. I might have to try it myself.
