I've always si'ed a different way, and yesterday, I cut myself doing the dishes... I keep looking at it wanting more... and I haven't been able to stop thinking about finding some way to SI... So after being up since 4am and it's almost midnight....

Also I finally told someone face to face what has been going on, and it's been hard... VERY hard... Like most of us know here.

It amazes me how that temptation is always there, how hard it is to get it out of our minds. That is where distraction comes in handy. What can you do to get your mind off ways to harm yourself?

Congratulations for being able to share what you are doing with someone. Did it make you feel better?

I felt a little better after that, but I also know she won't tell my family.

I may try drawing what I want to see, that way I still get to see what I want to see, without the scars. and then I just have to find a hiding spot.. but no one really is going to know what it is.... But headaches don't help with all this mental crap. GRR
