the other night i had this really triggering dream. i normally do not cut on my arms or wrists because they are too exposed but i had a dream where i just kept cutting my arms and wrists and i wouldnt stop. in the dream it felt good. the next day, i was wearing a skirt and i was at my friend's house. i looked at my leg for a second because it just felt weird and i saw long huge bleeding cuts but then i looked back and they were gone. when i saw the "cuts" they werent bleeding very bad. just enough to be red. but it really scared me because i do not cut in that area either. i just dont know whats happening anymore..

I hope You're ok....I don't have cutting dreams tho I have sad dreams and wake in the middle of the night and feel the need to cut....for I wake up crying....for a long time I hadn't use self injury as a coping device until several months....I have drinkinking dreams tho....I'm not sure if this helps....just wanted to let You know You're not alone...sometimes being on PC I Feel people understand...they are very supportive....I hope You're ok...

I had a cutting dream too a while back and I was freaked out for a few days. My dream involved my legs being completely covered in scars. I believe it was because my boyfriend asked that if I cut, not to do it on my legs.
