Whenever I'm about to sleep at night, thoughts automatically evades my mind. Then it just keeps on piling up in my head to the point that it's making me nervous (I dont even know what's the cause) and difficult to breathe. Then I become really frustrated that I'm starting to hurt myself (example: hit my head in the wall multiple times or punch myself until my skin gets red)

Anybody here experiencing this? Just talking about it now makes me anxious already!!! Ughhh.

I understand what you mean, I've had this happen when my anxiety gets so bad and I feel so frustrated that I just want it to stop. Even if that means hurting myself. So many thoughts all at once is so overwhelming.

Yeah I get that a lot! I don't get anxious, I just get bombarded with thought after thought and they only stop by hurting myself, otherwise I won't sleep!
