Oh, no, no, no, no. I feel so horrible. For the past week I've been scratching at my wrists. The last couple of days, a pin. It sort of broke the skin, not deep enough to bleed but I could tell. It felt so, so good but it's made me feel gross.
Looks like I'm going to need to tell the counselor next week...
I didn't do it today, thank God, but I've been feeling dead all day so things haven't been at their best.
Hope everyone else isn't doing too bad

Hi JettSet, I'm in high school too. On the upside, you're communicating with your counselor and getting help. This slip does not take away the fact that you went for over 12 weeks. SI is not easy to get over... I thought I would be over it by now but not a day goes by without being reminded of it. Hang in there buddy.

well I am glad you seeing a counselor... But to really get help - you are going to have to confront whatever it is that is triggering your need to SH/SI.

It happens. Don't let a little slip-up drag you down, just get back onto that proverbial, ... thing, and don't give up. You'll get there, if you don't give up. I screwed up a good few times, before I finally quit that stuff.

try to forgive yourself as hard as it is. Do something nice for yourself, I always go to my fav place to eat or get my fav coffee when I am feeling disappointed in myself. It kind of helps. Hope your counselor can help. Mine is not always available but I email her or call when I am feeling like self injury or suicide. It helps just to write it all out.
