currently
presently for right now there is such a strong urge one of wanting to rip myself to shreds it is powerful tempting incredibly annoying because I don't want these thoughts trying not to act on the urges choosing not to wishing they would shut up though and leave me alone |

Don't fight the thoughts, fight the action. Let the thoughts pass; accept them, acknowledge them, and move on. Distraction and relaxation techniques, might help keep you focused on what's right.

![]() zwang, that's really helpful ... for this, and for other things past T's have stressed fighting the thoughts ... current T is more about not needing to do anything with them i still get caught up at times in trying to fight the thoughts which doesn't work so well |
