It's when my urges get the worst. I can't harm, I can't restrict my food anymore. I feel like I am just slowly running out of options and those who are giving me professional help never gave me coping mechanisms to replace my old ones. I just feel like I am in a loop because of it and it is so FRUSTRATING.

Yeah. I have a general T and I have a specialist I am starting to see today.

I just have writing, listening to music... my T has this huge love for being in the "now" when it comes to coping. But I need more than that, and when I ask for more advice she tells me I "need to figure it out for yourself". Which... I am a cutter, bruiser, and anorexic. My ideas of coping aren't "healthy"
