I just got done cutting in the shower. I'm filled with emptiness and sadness. I can't find any comfort right now. I can't seem to focus on movies and books. I can't focus and nothing is working. I'm really desperate. Crying and feeling sick. Help me

I'm sorry you are in so much pain. Is there any music that you like to listen to that could calm you down? A friend or family member?

I hope you are able to find a way to calm down and get through the night.

I will be going to bed here shortly after I'm done cramming a paper for school tomorrow.

hey, music is a way to be calm down, but there should be something else too. like u must be having some friends whom u can share ur feeling to, exchange ideas. Make friends on social sites or go out in garden, park or place like this. You can go to conferences. Listen to people there, give ur views, come in touch with reality.

Im just wondering why do you cut if it gives no relief? Whats the point if you feel just as crap after?

Do you journal? That is a really way to get all your thoughts and feelings out. Then you can start to see where you thinking patterns go wrong, in turn helping treat your depression.

It does give relief. I'm just that it had to happen. I'm sad I started it.
