Do you ever get a sharp kind of pain on the place where you tend to SI even though you haven't?
I get this a lot, and it really makes me want to SI to make it a real pain, not just imagined...it's like it's tempting me or something. |

Years later, I still get pains from my scars. Remind me of the pain I was feeling at the time. It makes me uncomfortable and upset that I was ever so stupid to do it. It definitely doesnt make me want to do it more, it makes me regret I ever did it in the first place.

I thought this was just me. I'm glad you posted this thread. I get this itching, spiky feeling in my forearms sometimes. It is terrible, and nearly irresistible when I'm having a bad urge.

Whenever I'm struggling through urges my thighs ache like a b**ch.
They tingle and burn and tense. It sucks.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's been getting worse the last few days, probably because I've gone a little while without cutting now but urges are getting pretty strong! can feel it now on my arm...urging me to give in.

Some times I think this is just nerves dealing with the scars and trying to regrow threw scars.
It does make me want to SI again though... ugh the repeating cycle... |
