What should I do? my friend was getting builled really bad, & she started to SI.

Does she know you saw her? If so, you might offer to listen if she wants to talk.

Yea, she told she SI.She told my why,& everything. Beside listening, what else should I do?

Wow, well i'm late discovering this thread! Fox, that's a very difficult situation to be in! besides listening to her, the best thing to do is just give her hope she's most likely reaching out to you because she doesn't want to go through this alone, and trusts you deeply... She might ask you what she wants you to do for her (i.e. give her advice, listen to her, etc.) but besides that, there's not too much else that you can do. I've SIed before, so I kind of know her situation from that point-of-view, and sometimes people want to do more to help us, and they have good intentions, but what they do can sometimes trigger even more. So, I guess, just listening to her and be there for her is all that you can do. Because if she realizes that she's not alone, then she'll be okay
