I've been working really hard to stop cutting. I recently traced my hand then shaded it in and self harmed on the drawing. If you touch the drawing you can feel how deep the score marks in the paper are.
This might trigger some people but it might be a coping mechanism that might work. You don't have to be a great artist. You can just trace your hand. |
