This is a bit of a weird question...
Ok so i was looking at my blood was like this bright red and water and usually its just like an in between red and kinda thick. I'm concerned something is different.

I think your blood is fine. When I do it where I can see it, my blood is as thick as water. But when I put something on the wound and look at it, the blood is thicker. I am not a doctor, but I think your blood is coagulating. If you are really worried, maybe consult your doctor.

It also depends on where you cut. Some areas the blood is thinner some areas it seems to be heavier. I wouldn't worry about it.
