Idk why, I am highly impulsive for some reason.
My moods fluctuated back and forth all day. Roller
coaster. Isolating.

That happens to me after I SI. It's like it calms me down for days after I do it.

Is there anyway that you can post-pone when you SI? For example, when you get the impulse to SI, can you wait ten minutes before you do it? Maybe after waiting a little while the urge will be less intense and then you can resist it.
Thanks for this!

I can try, but when I SI, it's unreasonable to me, I can't even recall
it happening today? Wow. ok, well that is just crazy.

I do something similar. I forget what thoughts/situations are involved at the time of SI.
Waiting 10 minutes would help to decrease the impulse and help to decrease the number of times SI that happen.
