TRIGGER************

3 days ago, I cut again. Not very much, but it was something.
God, I feel horrible about it, but it felt so good...
I wanted to do it again today but suppressed the urge.
I had gone months without doing it. Why do it now?!
Seeing the blood rise up out of my skin was just so nice...

I'm sorry that you relapsed. I can relate to feeling bad about doing it, but also glad that you did because it feels so good. It's good that you suppressed the urge to do it today, that is an accomplishment. Is there something that happened recently that made your mood worsen? Do you have any idea what might have triggered the urges?
Thanks for this!

I definitely know how it is to fall. There are times when things do become overwhelming but it is great that you are still attempting to manage the urges.

It will get easier again
Thanks for this!

Think of it this way. You're not down to square one. Its just a lapse. Acknowledge that it happened and use the skills that you used over the last 9 months. Its not a relapse but a lapse.

I've been really stressed out and I guess it finally took its toll on me.
