BP here.

Haven't been stuck in depression for a while, so finding it difficult to deal with it. I've even trying to sleep it off but there's only so much sleeping you can do.

Cutting urges are back. The only thing that's stopping me is that I start my new job soon, and of I go all out it will be somewhere visible.

I wish there was some way I could get away with it and indulge, just for a one off.

Is there another indulgence that can take the place of cutting? Maybe eating ice cream or chocolate. I can relate to finding it challenging to deal with depression when you haven't had to for a while. I went through the same thing recently. What really helped me was to talk it out. Do you have someone in your life that you can talk to about these feelings?

I agree with smmath - having someone to talk to and using other, healthier options can sometimes help. I'm sorry to hear you are struggling at the moment. The urges will pass though. In time, and with support you can get past this again.

Also, congrats on the new job. I hope it all goes well!
