It has been so quiet here, I hope this means that everyone has had a peaceful day or two.

As for me I am excited because I have decided to see a transpersonal therapist. I know her through my work and am totally stoked to see her. Her focus is the spiritual side of psychotherapy which is what I need right now. We are going to discuss what happened in my last session with my other therapist and what I want to do about it. I have been thinking about it some and have come to the conclusion that I am not done with him. He has more to help me with but before I can get to that I have to get to the stuff that is blocking it. It is like, you don't hire a plumber to do an electricians job. I want to thank you all for your comforting words. I was a little freaked.

<font color=green>But the implicit and usually unconscious bargain we make with ourselves is that, yes, we want to be healed, we want to be made whole, we're willing to go some distance, but we're not willing to question the fundamental assumptions upon which our way of life has been built, both personally and societally.--Bill Plotkin, Soulcraft
