Actually, I don't know why I'm apologizing. It is what it is. I broke into my nice sharp new knives and did what I needed to do. It wasn't enough, but is it ever?

I should feel bad for letting everybody down who tried to help me, but I had to forcibly stop myself from doing a lot worse, so in my perverted, twisted mind, I actually did pretty well. It looks like hell, but it's sweater season, so no one will know.

I wish this hadn't made me feel better instead of worse. sorry :~( sorry :~( Thank you for trying, though.

aa yeah i know how you feel. i did that a couple of days ago. thank goodness i can wear sweaters. but in the end i always regret it. i can never relax when wearing anything else. i guess its a price we pay.

but we can stop it too. i hope the path to getting better gets better.

hang in there and it's never to late to try quiting again.

I'm sorry too, but I hope you can get back on the saddle.

Also keep in mind spring will come sooner than you think and that is not sweater season.

You're right, ickydog. It's actually going to be warm enough today (relative to Wisconsin in November) to wear short sleeves. At least there are only a few that can be seen by others, but I know where the rest are. sorry :~(

And yes, I'm feeling remorseful this morning...... sorry :~(

(((((((((((((((candybear))))))))))))))))) You have nothing to apologize for. I am sorry that you got so overwhelmed that you felt you had no other choice but that does not mean you should beat yourself up over it. We all have times when we revert to old coping ways but the important thing is we don't give up. Please don't give up on yourself. You are a wonderful person who is having a rough time right now. I hope soon you will be able to see that. Until then take my word on it; you are.

You don't need to apologize to anyone else either. You let them know how you appreciate all their efforts but this time you were unable to resist. I am sure that eveyone will accept this and believe many have been in the same situation and are empathetic to what happened. I am sure no one is upset with you.

Please take care of you and be safe.
