I do that too.. please do know that what you're doing is a precautionary measure to stop yourself from doing worse.. This too will pass, it will.

Hey. Thanks for asking. I'm better today than i was. I forced myself to go to work this morning but the true test will be when i get off. I feel like i cant trust myself to be alone. Was able to sleep for about three hours last night, dreamed of the world ending. I just need to keep it together until tomorrow and if that means not being alone so be it.

No. I don't live alone though so its just about making the choice to be around others instead of isolate. Thanks for caring.

Thanks (((I17))) I'm feeling much better now. I told T about it all; she seemed a bit surprised about the specifics; we came up with a "safety plan" of sorts but I haven't had to use it.

I didn't understand it until a few hours ago. I really need to do it, but 1) I have nothing on me, 2) I'm at school (in Photography), and I'll be in serious trouble if I do, and 3) I don't know how I want to do it.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way! I know how hard it is, but I can tell you from experience that it does get better. I was just there, so I know and believe it. Please try to be safe as you go through this.
