Sarah I am so sorry that you got so overwhelmed that you needed to cut. Sometimes life is so hard. Maybe you can find some support now? Do you see a T? I do hope you are doing better today. Please stay safe.

(((((Sarah)))))

I know how hard it can be to remember the good times, and wish that you could have that support system back. Finding people that you trust can be really hard, but if you are willing to talk to the people that you even somewhat trust that are in your life right now it could make all of the difference.
Hope you are feeling better soon, and take care of yourself.
Jacq

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time. I know the temptation all to well. Is there any way for you to see someone again? If it helped before, maybe it would be worth a try.
