I had a pretty hard night yesterday and I only count burning as self harm which I didn't do, but I dug my nails into my skin pretty deep that it broke skin. Is that relapsing? I don't think so
|

technically yes.
BUT - I think it is more about *intent* than just being technical. Either way - perfection is not expected. Just continue to do your best. |

I'm really impressed you could keep yourself from your normal SI of choice--I know I haven't gotten that far! It shows a lot of strength.
