In an attempt to control my SI, my latest form of self destruction has been to not eat. But now instead of just wanting SI, I want to SI and still not eat. I'm having thoughts of me SI'ing along my rib cage and ending up at the ER. It's oddly comforting, and I find myself picturing that when I want to cut. It's also satisfying to see the pounds drop away and see my bones through my skin.... though, that also makes me want to cut because it looks so fragile.

What to do....

Take care of yourself Hun, can you use your urges and channel them in to something productive an beneficial for you? Like exercising but eating (healthily!) I know it's a long **** when you feel like that, but having a healthy looking body and glow feels so much better than one that's slowly being destroyed ()
