After recent change of jobs - stress sky rocketed - ended up smoking for the last 4 months - quit last week - have been afraid if I stopped I wouldn't have a release.

I ended up with some cuts. I'm not sure which one is worse.

Direction,

As much as I hate smoking, I think cutting is worse.

Please don't. UGH

What's your new job like?

What about your new job do you find particularly stressful?

All new jobs are stressful.

Are there particular people who are making it stressful for you?

I watched The Devil Wears Prada yesterday, and Meryl Streep plays the boss from hell, and the office politics were so sharply drawn.

Hugs,

EJ UGH

Actually it is pretty much the same job different company (you could relate it to a buyout). That's the closet thing I can come up with and keep it private.

I've known my new supervisor for 8 years outside of work. Company is great. I feel an immense pressure to perform.

The stress is really getting to me. I see my p-doc on Thursday

I met with my p-doc today. Did some medication adjustments and gave him all the details of all that's been going on.

Thanks for the encouragement.

Hello Direction glad to hear that your meds got adjusted and you are being honest with your Dr. That is a very important step to the road to recovery. There is a chat today with Dr Wylie at 2:30 PM and some of the regulars will probably be there as well you are more than welcome to join us today. Take care Soidhonia
