I cut my wrist. I haven't self harmed in over a month and it's been almost a year since I've actually cut my wrist. That's my favorite spot.
It felt too good. I liked it too much. I missed it. I'm afraid I've restarted something. I'm also afraid I'll get caught.

It sounds like you were having a difficult time. I'm glad it gave you relief. But before you do it again, please try to figure out what it gave you relief FROM. Be safe!
Thanks for this!

I think it just gives me something to focus on and for a while stops all my negative thoughts. It also makes me feel better when I'm depressed. It actually makes me happy.

Also when I'm mad I know I'm really only hurting myself but it does get my anger out. I guess when I have strong emotions I don't know how to get them out except self harm

second day in a row. I saw some stupid thing by ex-best friend's sister messaging someone else that they were more than friends but sisters. her whole family used to say that to me. I got so upset the first thing I thought of was self harm. I mean I already did it yesterday what's one more day? so I cut my wrist again. this shouldn't be my coping skill again but I don't have a better one. I have no one to talk to.
