It's finals week. I've been off one med now for a week. and I can say that I haven't wanted to si in 3 days. Then again focusing on what you want to accomplish can help with boredom which is a trigger for me.
What are your triggers? Maybe if we all work together on figuring out what triggers could reduce the urge to si. I'll start My triggers: or at least a few that I can think of Boredom, One TV show, stress, loneliness |

I struggle to work out what my triggers are. They can just be a prolonged bad mood and I have to SI to somehow release pressure that builds up with it. I use it to help with sui thoughts too, to calm the urges. Other times I can just get annoyed with trivial matters and I tend to point my anger inwards and take it out on myself.
