Have you started working on it? I printed it out but haven't self harmed in over a month so I haven't focused on the book yet to keep my mind deterred.

I'm not using it. I just knew about it because I subscribe to Kati's YouTube channel. She asked her subscribers to get the word out. So I thought putting the link here on PC would be a good way to help out. Fortunately I haven't done any serious self harming in several years now. But I do have permanent problems related to self harm activities I engaged in years ago. So I have empathy for those who are actively self-harming. I hope that you are able to keep that month long self-harm-free streak going permanently, Bumblebee!

Kati is a therapist & the workbook (which is free, btw) is intended to help individuals who self harm. (Why is it I think you already knew that?) The correct title is: "Self harm Recovery Workbook". Kati is WONDERFUL! She's young & bright & full of energy. She has special interests in the areas of self harm & eating disorders. So, if you know how to self harm... perhaps you should check out Kati's workbook... & her website as well.
Thanks for this!
