So when I cut I get a rush of adrenaline afterwards that momentarily makes me feel better.

Lately, when I've been working out, or even after having sex, a very similar type of adrenaline is produced, but now it's making me want to cut.

I'm been using yoga as a way to manage my anxiety (which it does) but afterwards I always feel really great yet full of adrenaline and that makes me want to cut. If I can occupy my mind and do something else the thought usually passes as the adrenaline wears off.... but thoughts of SI come on so suddenly that I'm not always able to make it out of the situation.

Anyone else?

I never do anything that releases adrenaline tbh. But I can understand why that would be a trigger. Maybe you need to have something that you always do after these activities that will calm you back down? And know that you have to do this before you give in to SI?
Thanks for this!

Can you try some meditation to see if that will get you through?
