After a rather rough week and SIing to the point of needing 15 stitches in two different sites my doc gets the mental Heath team to call me (this is called the triage team) after talking to them for nearly an hour they suggest a hospital stay but also say that that won't be the answer as I need more support as I will still have the same head so they offer to call me twice a week for two weeks.

I'm really confused as to how this is helpful short term or long term when I'm having hour long memory losses multiple times a day where whole conversations are lost I'm having harmful thoughts and my partner is at breaking point all of this I told to the triage team.

I'm not really sure what I'm looking for in this post maybe some advise as to where their coming from because as the saying goes I can't see the forest for all trees.

Teepee, I have no words of advise as I am not a professional. Surely, someone with more experience than I have will come along soon.

I am a human and hear you. Sending you hugs. Hang in there okay?
