I'm so depressed but I have no excuse and I cut myself again today and even though that makes me feel a little better I'm still depressed but I can't talk to anyone about being depressed or cutting because there's nothing to say. I have no good reason.

Heres the thing...depression doesn't care who it effects. It's not picky. Whether you have reason or not depression can find it's way in. Until very recently I've had no real reason to feel depressed either but that doesn't stop it being any less real. And the cutting quite often goes hand in hand with depression too, as a coping mechanism. So depression is your reason for cutting. I do think you should talk to someone about this because it doesn't just go away on its own. I tried that for years and just got worse. Hope you feel better soon

Thank you guys. My girlfriend has really been helping me asking what I need and then giving it to me.

Depression doesn't discriminate - and you don't always need a 'good' reason to cut either, sometimes exhaustion, stress, boredom, whatever, is enough to trigger an episode. You realize it's not helping you though which is a good sign you want a more healthy and effective coping mechanism. Seeking professional help can provide that. Don't be afraid to speak up, your mental health is not to be gambled with anymore than you would your physical health. Good luck.
