OH goodness no you aren't a psycho...and I hope the rest of your family is as understanding. Hurray for your aunt! Good for you to share your needs with her too!

Self harm happens when you try to cope with other things going on...and once you have someone to share and work through those issues, your self harming will diminish.

How brave of you to tell your aunt. It sounds like she is a good one to have chosen. I am glad you are going to get some help.

You are no psycho. If they are having trouble understanding maybe your new doc can help explain.

Take care and stay safe.

Hi ((((((((((sami3)))))))))

Wow, you've already done something I've never been able to do - tell a family member. Good job, I hope everything works out.

And no, you're not a psycho.

Take care of yourself.

Good job. If you can't tell, we are all really proud of you. It takes a lot of courage to tell someone who can help you get/find the help you need. I'm glad you're Aunt is helping you.

(((((((((((((hugs))))))))))) and i told my aunt.
