Am feeling so overwhelmed by this whole situation with him, am just gonna slit my wrist so I can feel a little relief. I don't know if I can get over it. Does it ever get better? Please get better soon.

It does get better, it really does. Please don't hurt yourself. The urges are like waves: they rise but they always pass. Please please hang on there, PM me if you want to talk

It does get better. Then it gets worse, but it always gets better again.
