I'm usually a cutter.... I haven't SI in 3 months plus. I never had a low spell quite the same as this one... Only because everything in my life seems so great right now... It should be so ****ing great. But people don't understand the inside... Usually my lows only last a day or two and then I get a few days, but this time it went on and on, I was on day 5 and couldn't take it anymore.

I wanted to put the whole face of the iron on... But I held back. Just the side...

I feel at peace now.

SI is the only last resort. Is has to be. I have a son depending on me to be happy and whole in this world.

Thank you Soup... Sadly I do feel better today. But I also feel stupid. I wish I had a bit more self restraint and only did a couple of swipes.

Thank you, that is really kind. I just wanted the feeling to stop.
