Why is it when I am so depressed I end up hurting myself? Why do I hurt myself off I know I will feel worse? What is wrong with me?

because you have see no way to ventilate your anger or depression out. so u consider ur self an easy target more accessible i guess. Go gyming ...kickboxing ..it helps ..exert urself..

i think for me... it separates emotional pain from physical pain... (of course other things)
but sometimes its easy to forget where that line is
