I had stopped for about 2 or 3 weeks. This week it's back. It's the only thing that relieves the flashbacks. And now I want to do it more :/ t had been all excited that I had stopped. She thought it was progress. I knew it was just a pause.

It was progress. 2 or 3 weeks is brilliant. I started off with a few weeks, fudged up, few more weeks, fudged up... eventually it became a year, then another, and another, and now I'm at 4 or 5 years free! Keep at it and hang in there - you're not alone.

I wish I had the resolve to decide to stop, but it does to much for me. I'm not ready to give it up completely yet... it's also the only thing that gets rid of the body memories when they come.
Maybe another day for stopping?
