Lately I've been doing well in attempting recovery, however every time I see old scars it triggers old memories, and I end up in an awful place again :/

I'm trying to use bio oil to fade them, and it's working, but slowly!

Anyone got any good ideas?

What about wearing a jacket?or covering them in some way. Talking with a T about the memories can help as well.

Thanks for the tip about bio oil. I was looking at mine wondering what to do to fade them. I was thinking of getting a small tattoo covering the one on my wrist. It's that or I'm going to have to learn to wear my watch on my other hand.
