Today marks one year ago that I started cutting again.... I cut from the age of 13 until 22...after almost a year of being SI-free..... I fell into it's trap. Maybe I'll never beat it for good.

I'm so frustrated with myself....

Please don't give up on yourself. You stopped for a year. You can do it again. Maybe you can find some more positive coping mechanisms? Sometimes things can be so overwhelming that it doesn't appear there is any other way. Maybe you can find someone to help you learn other ways to cope. Take care. You will make it.

You'll beat it, might take time and it's very rare to beat it the first time around - but you'll get there. I know you will.

Don't be frustrated with yourself, you're trying.
