I'm so dumb I can actually find some way or another to harm myself with whatever I get my hands on. SI'd with a ****ing paperclip the other day and the mark is stilll there. I honestly can't believe myself.

Hi bubbles, and I agree with everyone else.........you're not dumb
There's a purpose, a need, an urge there.........and that's not dumb. It would be good if we can help you a bit with some alternatives or with anything that might be triggering that though..........so if you want to talk a bit more about what's going on for you........
