So I used to cut. I stopped cutting a few weeks ago, my parents kinda forced me to. But now when they know of my ED behaviour they've just started saying stuff like "so you replaced one way of self harm with another?" and stuff like that. I thought they would be proud of me for stopping but now they just make me feel unsure and hurt. They think I started behaving ED-ish like 3 weeks ago because I told them so when really I started in the end of November. It's just been a lot worse the past month

Do you think they wrong in thinking one form of what some might see as a way of having control over your body has been replaced by another? Either way the situation must be really horrible for you.

do you have anyone to talk to about the reasons you were sh'ing or for your ed? while it is advisable to stop, generally unless you address the root causes and develop some other more healthful coping skills, chances are you will simply replace an old unhealthy skill with a new one.
it sounds like you have a lot going on. while your family is trying to be supportive, they may not be going about it in the best way. do you have a school counselor or someone you trust to approach about this? can you get into therapy?

I did the same thing, but ended up with both a self-harm addiction AND an eating disorder, and I've been struggling with recovery from both for a year now. I understand why it's hurtful for your parents to not appreciate your efforts, but they might be right. Both cutting and eating disorders are a sign that you have an internal problem like depression that needs to be addressed for you to get better.

I hope your appointment today goes well.
