I don't think we're supposed to come up with the greatest ways to self harm, tempting though it may be to share them... Do you have a therapist? |

They dont particullary like my SI methods as i have a tendencie to take it to far and end up in a dangerous situation. But everything has worked itself out this far. Except for a heart condition, liver damage and kidney damage, yet i keep on doing it
