I never thought of myself as one to SI, but when my stress and anxiety start getting to be too much and nothing seems to help, I start going at it mostly on my stomach. Since its not consistent, and more of a binge, I never really thought of it as SI. Are others like this? Instead of consistent, you do, or did it on binges instead?

I tend to me more of a binger myself. I have gone weeks, months and even once years without doing it, to turn on myself in a day.

No, I have no money for a therapist, and the few times I've gone I've quit, I never stick around long.

I have gone weeks without any.... then my self hatred or some other thing sets me off and I will cut like crazy (no pun intended).
