If a doctor/nurse sees scars that are only about a month old or fresh, will they tell your parents?

I know that at 16, they medically consider you as an adult where I live and don't have the right to say anything unless they are very serious fresh cuts that need medical attention.

Sorry I wasn't much of a help.
